Microphone and webcam checks depend on browser permissions that you grant explicitly; without access those tests cannot run.
What is shared, for how long, and whether device names become visible is controlled by your browser and operating system.
If you email support@mictests.org, we use the information in that message to respond, follow up on feedback, or handle a business request.
We do not use that information for unrelated purposes unless required by law or necessary to complete the reply.
